I WOULD NOT RECOMEND IT FOR ANYONE. CALLED MAINTENCE,ITS TERRABLE.I CALLED TO HAVE SOMETHING FIXED I WAS TOLD TO CALL ON MONDAY...EXCUSE ME....''' EMERGENCY, WHAT THE HELL DO I PAY FOR.....' WAS NEVER FIXED AND THEY NEVER CALLED BACK....! MOLD ON THE WINDOWS,THEY DO NOT LOCK,BUGS ARE SO BAD AN IN THREE YEARS I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BUG MAN OR ANY SPRAYING....! I CANT WAIT TILL MY HOUSE IS DONE.....IN REGUARDS TO MANAGEMENT: NO PROFESSIONALS HERE SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL...STAFF HAS NO CLUE HOW TO RUN AN APT COMPLEX...JULIA IS THE WORST....! EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD ON THE OUTSIDE, WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT....HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.....I SAY FIRE THEM ALL AND GET A REAL MGR TEAM IN HERE....! CANT WAIT TO BE OUT OF HERE AND IF YOU HAVE KIDS DO NOT LET THEM IN THE PLAY AREA NO ONE PICKS UP THERE DOG CRAP ITS GROSS ONLY A FEW PEOPLE WITH CLASS AND RESPECT EVER SEEM TO DO THAT...GO FIGURE....''' ANOTHER PROBLEM I SEE IS THEY NEVER ANSWER CALLS...' WHAT THE HELL DO THEY DO ALL DAY....''' IN THE EVENING YOU CAN BE SURE TO COUNT ON A PARTY WITH THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE ON TOP THE CLUB HOUSE...LOUD MUSIC THE SMELL OF DRUG'S IN THE AIR(POT)AS I CHECK MY MAIL...WHAT THE HELL ELSE...''' IT'S TO BAD THE TERRACES HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO RUN THINGS.......! WHAT A WAIST OF HARD EARNED MONEY.

I agree with your opinion this place is a joke and the office people is a trash too.....they so rude...especially the manager. i hope the FPI managment will realize that soon. common now she's suppose to be the manager but she's the who make all the noise at night and we always smells of WEED at apartment everytime we pass by.......the manager live right by the pool and if you pay attention that place is always crawded with teenage and always smells like MARIJUANA..........my suggetion is just KEEP ON LOOKIN for other places then TERRACES.....!!!!! just go to VENU....!!!!

Wow..! The original reviewer lived here THREE years.. Must not have been that bad... I would like someone to tell me of an apartment complex that DOESNT have the smell of weed in the air somewhere... I mean really... Go buy a house so you can smell yur neighbors smokin out.. and bugs...REALLY..!?! I guess other apts that are built next to an open space dont have bugs.. Get real..
