I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes and this is by FAR the worst. The management are probably the rudest, stupidest people on the planet and the residents are even worse. Some seriously deranged people live there. You will never feel safe and the management wont give a damn about it.
Oh, and dont ever think you can invite someone over, because there car WILL be towed and so will yours at some point too. they are ----'S and are probably getting a kick back from the towing company.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING going on outside so expect to be woken up quite often.
Dont move here. It is seriously horrible.

If you tired of people talking ---- baout your community then tell the manager JULIA.....to step up work right. Not just let a whoge bunch of kids smoking POT in her apartment. Wat a JOKE...!!!!!!!

You are completely mistaken about the manager living on site. the problems were from the old asistnant manager who doesnt work for fpi anymore. get it right.

When I lived here, I rented out the clubhouse for a birthday party with my family and friends. The woman that booked it for me said the policy was to be out by 10pm for all clubhouse events (not to mention the party had to start after 6pm once the office was closed). When 10pm approached, we were not ready to finish the party, so we packed and cleaned up, and headed out to a local bar instead. When we came back home after midnight sometime, we saw another party happening in the clubhouse. My first thought was we accidentally didn't lock up when we left, and some people snuck in. When I walked up to the door, it was the same lady from management having her own little "pimps n hoes" themed party with her barely-21 friends. I was FUUUUUUUUUUURIOUS! Not only was it the principal of the matter that enfuriated me, if anything was damaged or broken during her little party, it would have been MY NAME on the paperwork as the last person who used the facility. I went to the office FIRST THING the next moring with a few choice words.
