I am a professional, working adult and really have no reason to write a review on this complex except to warn any other potential residents of whom I do not wish to have go through the same experience we did. This complex is so poorly built that you can hear every movement, every door close, every toilet flush, every TV that is on and mostly, if you are as unfortunate as we were to live downstairs, every person who goes up or down the staircase. The management, who is friendly until you complain more than once, doesn't really seem to care about your issues. The parking gets limited if you come home at any time after 10pm, 9pm during the week and clearly there is no control over how fast you drive through the parking lot or how loud your music is at 3am. In the 6 months we lived there, although it seemed like FOREVER, we had two different sets of neighbors upstairs of which both provided us with continual headaches...maybe not their fault''' When we moved in we were told there was a heated pool, well, maybe it would feel heated to a cold-water shark!
Well, we are finally out of there and did our very best to clean the apartment to the standards of which we moved in, unfortunately, because we didn't take pictures of the stain soaked, disgustingly dirty carpets when we moved in, we have now been charged the majority of our deposit for their cleaning, not to mention 6 hours for "touch-up paint" and re-cleaning of the majority of the apartment of which we spent 2 full days cleaning.
SO, I highly do NOT recommend you waste your time or money living in these apartments. You can clearly see from the MAJORITY of reviews that this is not untrue or exaggerated. This is a fair and completely honest review of our short lived time in this hell hole.
On the good side, the maintenance team is excellent! I know that because in 6 months, they visited us on about 6 different issues.....
I'm more than happy to back up my claims and therefore am registering this review with an email address!!!! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

at first i thought only me and my husband that feel like we've been use by this apartment. because we clean up the carpet and every thing in the apartment before we move out. but at the end they charge us 390 dollar for the repair that they said its from us....it was our mistake too when wem ove in we didint take a picture for the big stain on the carpet....this apartment is a joke...!!! someone gotta say someting to the FPI MANAGMENT about what kind of peoples that they hire..... i use to live in building 25. And every night i always hear alots of teenage screaming or laughing so loud after midnight. we try to call the security but they didnt do anything about it. the next day i call the office and they just said....ok we will take care of it. but later that night same o ---- happend again.....days after days went by i just find out that the person who always make that loud noise is the kids from the apartment manager it self.!!!!!
PLEAAAASE foward this news and info to everyone who look for an aprtment. DO NOT trap in terraces bullcrap. since we move out me and my husband always called this place TRASHES The Lowest Reserved..!!!....instead of Terracess the highland reserved.
