We have lived here for 6 months.. As soon as we moved in in became apparent that the lady (Joanna) in the front office don't care about you after you have signed the lease. Shes NEVER in her office not to mention she comes in at 10 (more like 11) and leaves for lunch at 12 for an hour and then leaves the office early. She takes days (if ever) to return your calls and has a MAJOR attitude, she treats my mother (who is 54) bad, snappy and rude, when I go in she looks annoyed to see me (even though I have no issues with her) Shes rude to my fiancee as well, TWO other mothers I have spoke to in the complex said she treats them the same way!! Its not professional at all. The bathroom door don't close, the cabinet doors are loose, the master bathroom shower is insanely small the water beats on your face and you cannot adjust it other then to spray on the wall and since the molding doesn't go down to the bottom it will leak like crazy if you do that! ALL THE WINDOWS IN THE WHOLE HOUSE grow mold! the tile in the bathroom is bubbling. And when we moved in it smelt like feces on our patio.
The children here are destructive breaking windows, water balloon fights, always getting into trouble with BB Guns. And when they do things like that the residents get punished, the teens once had a flour fight in the washing room and they kept it closed for and uncleaned for over a month to punish residents. last year a child had a accident in the pool and instead of cleaning it, they closed it a month early!

if you have a clean nice family.. DONT MOVE HERE!!
if you dont mind ghettoness and a rude worhtless manager its ok for you.

I CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE!

I am a current resident of The Oaks at Woodcreek and I'm trying to move ASAP!! It was a bad experience from the day I got my keys to move in! The apartment was half ass'd cleaned and repaired. Things seemed to fall apart on the DAILY!! The first day in the apartment I went to open the cabinet door to put dishes away and the whole door fell off!! After 3 days of maintenance no showing we fixed it ourself! Since then our hot water heater flooded TWICE, our master bedroom door is broken, our shower door had no handle to open it for the first year, our living room flooded EVERY rainy season because maintenance didn't come to put a rain guard on the door until summer of this year, our light switch broke and we had to tape the light switch dwn to keep the light off... the list goes on! Thats just the inside of the apartment. Outside we have unmonitored teens vandalizing every inch of the property! The latest is the broken mailboxes! I now have to drive to the post office to get my mail! Were not an unkept family either. My last apartment I got a full refund of my deposit and a full page thank you letter. It was so clean and kept they were able to rent it right after I moved!
