I have lived here for 2 years and have to say this is a nice place to live. the apartments are nice and the rents are reseasonable for the roseville area. the staff on the property are very friendly and willing to help when needed. work orders get done in a timely manner. when i have something that needs to be repaired or replaced it gets done. the manager is very kind and helpful. the location is great and is walking distance to the supermarket which is convieniant. i plan on staying here for along time.
