This right here sums up what one poster said during his atrocious review of The Oaks at Woodcreek....and I quote.. "Other then the destructive kids that trash what they dont own the place is fantastic". Yeah buddy, you fit right in. He also went on to say that it is an awesome place to live. He must have been dating the manager or something'' The cops are always here, the pool is always shut down, cars get broken in to, the manager is probably the rudest person I have ever met. This place is the biggest dump I've ever lived at. If you have kids, this is not the place to live. Save your children and look elsewhere. First of all the managers name is Joanna and she has no staff because they all quit. Apartments have been broken into, young children run around in the parking lot at night with no supervision, the laundry room has been vandalized numerous times and shut down for lengthy periods, and she is never in the office. Recently we just got a responsible and professional maintenance guy a few weeks ago and then........shocker, he quit! How someone of her nature gets a job that is supposed to watch out for individuals living situations is beyond me. It doesn't stop there. Let's not forget that this is a controlled property of FPI. Either she is related to someone that works there, they owe her money for a bet gone wrong, or some idiot there actually likes her. No person like her should ever be given a responsibility that she has. Shame on FPI for not cleaning up the mess they let happen at The Oaks at Woodcreek. This was a great complex in a great location that has taken a nose dive straight in the ground because of two parties...the on-site manager and FPI Management. All the years I've been here and it's the only time I've seen "Now Renting" in the front of the building. As I'm typing this I'm looking for a "Real" place to live. Congratulations to the "Manager" Joanna, FPI, and The Oaks at Woodcreek for bringing the ghetto to a beautiful place in Roseville.

I love this place first of all been here 3 yrs and joanna who is a wonderful person her problem is she cares too much!!! several people should have been evicted havent !!! the problem here is the owner and FPI (FOUND PRODUCTIVITY INCOREECT)The last maint guy was transffered cause he was too good wth FPI do we not deserve the same quick and good maint as all your other properties (Guess Not) and the owner needs to hire security cause of the vandalism because a few parents refuse to take care of there kids as they should yes there are a few bad apples but under the current economy they deserve to live some place to live as well. i am glad the police have started patrols around here to increase my security! and i do have kids but i take responsiablity for my kids and take care of what my kids do or do not I think the above person is a person who is just in his feelings but calling the manager rude is uncalled for and attacking another persons review is uncalled for maybe it is you who fits right in i wish you good luck in your finding a new place all be it i dont think youll ever be happy till you own a home where your responsiable for all of your domain good luck and god speed

Wow!!! Who ever posted this review must have gotten some sort of notice or is being asked to move because i have lived here for 3 years and the manager is fantastic. Yes there are some kids that run around at night but that is the parents responsibily not the blame of the manager. I have children and they are in before curfew. Its called good parenting, the manager has children and i never see them outside past curfew. The grouds always look good and are well kept up. I feel more safe knowing that the police drive through here to keep an eye on things. I know of one time the laundry room was vandalized and I heard through kids around here that the family that did it no longer live here, so the manager is doing her job to keep this place nice. I spoke with the fantastic maintenance guy we had and just recently lost and he told me he was being transferred to another property because they needed him there but he didnt want to go because he liked it here and liked Joanna as a boss. Who ever wrote this has definatley never been to the ghetto because this place is not even close to being ghetto.

I have to agree with the original post, I have been here for a while and it is going quickly down hill. I caught people on two different occasions trying to break into my apartment, the mail is ALWAYS stolen and my biggest issue here is the mold. I have called FPI multiple times with no response back, so now I am working on getting a lawyer because my daughter fell into a coma from a severe sinus infection caused by the MOLD! My ex-boyfriend was hospitalized for a week from a severe sinus infection caused by the MOLD. If the manager cared at all about the residents, they would have returned at least one of my multiple phone calls and shut the place down for being a health hazard. The state is aware of my issue and will be also looking into the matter. I am stuck right now because I was approved for buying a house; I have multiple offers so I can not move out and sign another lease with anyone because I could have a house soon. I would leave in a heartbeat if it was that easy.

you must be a friend of the first person that posted such nonsense and you spread way to much on your post. I doubt your daughter fell into a coma from mold because if that happened to my child I would have moved no matter what the cost. And if that happened to your daughter, boyfriend and your apartment almost got broken into why would you live in just horrible conditions especially if you are approved for a house. (if what you say is true) I have been here for a little over a year and had a water leak and it was addressed immediatley by the manager and the manager's manager. It was repaired quickly so I can't see that they would allow mold to grow in anyone's apartment. I have lived on other sites ran by different managment companies and was not happy!! Then I was referred to FPI Management by word of mouth and I have to say so far so good!!!!!!! I don't know the manger Joanna very well but from what I do know she is a caring person and it's a shame that people like you have to drag her name through the mud and probably doing it for personal reasons and not her professionlism.

I am a current resident at The Oaks at Woodcreek and am writing this in defense of the manager and FPI. I have lived here for 6 years and I have to say that I love it, I have no intentions of moving ever. Its a nice property, is well kept up and is affordable for Roseville. I have never experienced the manager being rude to any one of her residents in fact while sitting in her office on a few occassions I have witnessed residents come in and be rude to her and she calmly talks to them and tries her best to help them even as they contiune to yell at her for things that are out of her control. She is the nicest manager that we have ever had on the property and I have lived here long enough to know a few of the others we have had. I have sat here and read some of the posts and it just floors me at what these people have to say about the place because it is a nice, clean, kept up place to live. And it upsets me that people bad mouth the one good manager we have had. But you can tell by whoever wrote the first post that it is a personal issue with them just by how much they used her name and trashed her so much. The manager was probably doing her job and gave them a warning notice for something they did wrong and now they are upset with her. And i read someone else's post about the mailboxes being broken they were fixed in less than a week. So if you are a potential renter don't go by the post that you have read. Go meet her for yourself and check out the property and you will see for yourself that this is a nice place to live.
