Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
When I first viewed Haverhill, I was told more than once that I would get covered parking but after months, I did not get covered parking and was told then that the City of Roseville would not allow it in front of my building (#8.) I was FURIOUS because that was one of my main requirements. I have a nice car with a vinyl top. There is NO way I would have rented there if I had known (been told) up front that this would happen.
The leasing people will tell you anything to get you in there and to sign a lease.
Now guess what - I moved out in January of '03 and HAVERHILL HAS TURNED ME OVER TO COLLECTION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF RENT!!!!
It doesn't matter that they lied to me over and over again and that my few months there were filled with frustration and anger and that they did not provide what they promised they would.
DO NOT LIVE IN HAVERHILL - IT IS THE WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!!!!
