Unsafe & Expensive

We are a young couple that has lived here for about 6 months, and it has been OKAY. We pay $1200/mo, and now I hear they are going for $1500/mo. Would definately NOT walk around here at night. There have been at least 5 instances where helicopters with spotlights have been flying around. Also, loud, loud, loud neighbors. If you do decide to live here, pay the extra $$$ and get a top floor apartment. It's worth it. Check the crime stats for Roseville too. There were 4 car brake in's in 1 week in this complex in September (2002). Not a good thing! Only 2 positive things are: you can have 2 pets, and it's brand new.
P.S. Next door to this complex at the peach apts (corner of Pleasant Grove & Roseville Pkwy) are low income if you're okay with that. They might even be gov't housing (projects)
