The office staff may be good looking, but that is about all they have going for them.
The same people have been parking in our space since we moved in. The office staff keeps promising to fix the problem...nothing has been done.
Also beware....they tried to stick us with a lease termination fee, and gave some arbitrary date for the supposed end date for our lease. When I showed them our copy of the lease agreement that showed the correct date, they actually seemed angry!!!
I have had packages waiting over there for over a week without any notice. The people who sent the packages called to ask if I got them. If they hadn't the packages would still be in the office.
The ONLY good thing is the maintenance staff. They are efficient and courteous.
Otherwise, this is the worst place I have lived and most of it is due to the incompetence of the office staff. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
