Please do not be fooled by the lies the staff tell. Living here has been a total nightmare. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone, not even an enemy. They have less than a 50% occupied rate and the office staff is so lazy they should be beaten.

I do not appreciate the way I am treated when I have to interact with the staff. If you owe them they are alert and attentive but if they owe you, you will get some bogus charge all of a sudden and their only explaination is "That is California Law." But it is funny, my lawyer does not think so.

Do not expect to get packages in a timely manner and forget about being able to park. They gave my covered spot away and forced me to fend for myself for a month before they even began discussing a solution.

And when I got ready to move out they tried to railroad over $1000 out of me because they are hurting for money. There have been problems with leaks, and locks and the office staff could care less. The maintenance staff and grounds staff are great though. Very friendly and helpful. Too bad more people are moving out than in. But I cannot blame them. There is no force on earth that could get me to stay here again. I would rather be homeless.
