The apartments were overpriced. We lived there for 8 months and we were happy in the beginning...but that soon changed. Our neighbors on the top floor were loud and disrespectful to others that lived in the building (puking off of the balcony at 2:00a on weeknights, dog food on our balcony and the dog constantly barking). We complained a few times and nothing was done about it.
We also experienced the joy of having a parking spot that was semi-occupied by someone other than us. We complained several times, and they NEVER towed his/her vehicle as they claimed they would.
The Maintanence group was great, they were friendly and always responded quickly to our problems.
The office staff is unprofessional, and have no sense of customer service.
If you really pay attention, these apartments were made very fast and the quality shows (carpet is not evenly cut, extra paint on doors, counter top was not level, etc).
For the price, get a house!
