THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER MOVE!!!! THE OFFICE STAFF IS SO FREINDLY TO PEOPLE WALKING THROUGH THE DOORS BUT THEN TREAT RESIDENCE LIKE TOTAL CRAP. IF YOU WANT TO PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR A CRAPPY APARTMENT THEN WELCOME TO HAVERHILL. BEWARE OF THE BITCHY OFFICE STAFF, THEY TAKE THIER $8/hr JOBS OUT ON THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE.
