My question is, will management fix the problems of this complex, or just continue with business as usual'
The comments here are not made by one person, but by the many tenants who had to deal with this complex and it's many problems.
All that I can suggest to future residents is this, keep Mr. Demmon's phone number handy, because if this complex doesn't shape up, then you should contact him directly to resolve the situation.
