This place is horrible! i hate the staff here. these people are the worst (although some of them may seem nice) professionally as a whole, i think that because of their management, they suck at performing their jobs!

I've only lived here for less than a few months, and already i hate it and am contiplating moving out! I moved here out from out of town and found this place to be a "great", when they are trying to sell you the lease!

Beware of their little tricks! Yeah, the 2 mos rent free sounds tempting, but the rent is too high for dealing with a crapy apartment facility.

I dont know who i am more annoyed with at Haverhill! They state themselves as the best, prestigious place full of great amenities. Beware: their "state of the art" fitness center sucks. Full of cheap, outdated treadmills and nothing of a basic gym at all. None of the machines there would provide a decent workout for anyone who would like to use weight resistant machines. yeah, all treadmills let you run,...so i guess thats the only thing they have there at the fitness center that gives any meaning to working out.

Secondly, their proclaimed business center is awful as well. The computers are a waste of materials! The printers/fax are ---- worthless. They dont work, no priting, no faxing...and oh, the copier there, the BIG copier that sits there, is not working. Heck, it's not even plugged in...not even in a working order.

The pool doesnt even look clean. The spa is never available, always occupied by tons of people in the evening on weekends!

Besides all this, complaints have been filed and the owner/people of haverhill havent taken any attempts to remedy it.


I wouldnt rent here. There will be no renewing of my lease! (That's if I dont break it and move out out of irritation, annoyance and poor professionalism from not just the staff but the managment of the apartment as well.) These people don't know what they are doing. They are making themselves sink, considering that there is tons of competition for these "luxury apartments" all around Haverhill.

Here's a tip for the idiots of Haverhill staff/management: Roseville is growing. There is developments left and right. it's a retail gold mine, full of employment opportunities, and tons of new housing developments. You really do are sadly failing your investment at haverhill, considering that because of the poor, POOR,terrible service you have employed upon your residents, you will lose, and i mean you have lost, and are losing to other great apartment complexes that value their residents. how does that make you feel' no one is going to want to lease here, and if they do, it's not very long until they see through your act.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. SAVE THE AGGRAVATION.
