I do not live here however I am part of the courtesy patrol service and I will say that this is a VERY NICE complex, I read some of these negative reviews some even saying that they wouldn?t walk outside here at night, let me say that those people are ABSOLUTELY paranoid, you have no idea what a bad complex is, No matter WHERE you live there will be crime, some areas worse than others but Haverhill is one of the NICEST complexes in the Roseville area. As for "security is a joke" The description of our employees is not accurate, Our entire patrol staff is under 30 years of age and professionally trained and licensed by the state of CA. All the negative statements made are obviously made by a single person upon analyzing all statements.
