I moved in in march 2003 And i was told that the only apt available was a third story one. Which we hated that idea, But since the deposite was only $99.00 with a $300.00 pet deposite we were all for it. Once we moved in we realized how empty the place really was, what a joke, only apt available!
We then moved into a 1st story in july, and since then we have gotten 2 3day notices when we have paid both times. The first time we calle dand they said "oh yeah i have your check right here you were not sapose to get that notice," duh! The second time they said they did not recieve the check, ha maybe they should fix their drop box since when it is full letters get stuck every which place. We called them immediately after we got the notice and it took them 2 days to get back to us they asked for a check number and we gave it to them and they said they would call us back, now it has been 2 days and still have not heard from him.
I am frieds with one of the girls in the office, roomates and i was told several stories about how she is psyco, and always fighting and through his stuff off the patio, i would hate to live under them, i also was on my patio one night and here comes a golf cart with a guy and a girl in it. The girl leaves our building screaming saying f**k this, the stupid f**king people and every other four lettered word as the guy walks over to a near by garage and takes a leak, ewww.
I have walked out to my car several times and the car next to me is full of people smoking pot, i have complained but nothing as usual never happens.
My carpet is coming up next to all the tile and my apt is infested with crickets and spiders, there is tons of mice outside that drive my cats crazy.
I work grave yards so while i was sleeping last week i was woke up around 11:00am by the fire alarm going off, i gathered all my animals and out i went. 30 min later the noise stops, so i went back to sleep. Then around 4:00pm there it goes again, i didnt even bother going outside, i just covered the alarm and went back to sleep. Oh also to mention that the fire alarms and sprinklers are huge and in the middle of every wall, it is like hello here is my big red fire alarm.
I feel safe walking my do at night i always see security patroling. this place is real empty and i have been going over every detail in my lease, i want OUT!!!! I can rent a house for the price i am paying here!!!Do not move in!!!! stay away!!!!
