I have lived here at Haverhill for almost a year now and just heard about this site. I have read all of the reviews here and am totally shocked by all the negative reports. I have never experience any of these things and have never been treated rudely by any of the staff. They only thing that I can say is that the rent is a bit high, but I love the convenience of living so close to I80 and 65. I have never had any maintenace issues, and when I switched my carport for a garage, it only took them about 5 minutes to take care of it. I just gave my notice to move, (I just bought my first house YAY!) and they took it with no problem. They didn't try to get me with the hidden costs that others have spoken of. As far as packages go, everytime I got a package at the office, I got a fedEx or UPS sticker on my door to let me to know to pick it up and the staff was always helpful in getting it. I personally would recommend this place to everyone. I have had a great experience.
