If you enjoy getting a notice on your door that you need to vacate in 3 days for absolutely no valid reason, then this is the place for you. I have had one of these accounting errors and another co-woker has had three. They have admitted and corrected the errors, but continue to send notices. Both of us have been excellent tenants, paying our full rent on-time and are totally baffled by this.

Imagine you are traveling on business when your notice arrives, and a week later when you return and your belongings and cat are there greet you on the street.

Bottom line, there are much nicer, better-managed and cheaper places to rent, so don't bother here. When our leases are up, so are we.
