We have had letter after letter telling us to clean up stains on out porch (hello community property), that we can't have a bowflex on our balcony (doesn't state that in the lease, but its Charlies descresion). I once went up to the office to pick up a package and their were two blondes filling out nre leases. They looked up and saw me, but thats about it. They didn't ask to help or to even see if I had a quick question. I waited about five minutes then finally walked out. The rent is price is crazy. If you live here or have driven through wouldn't the alarming number of empty apartments be a bad sign''''
