I am reading some of these and can't believe some of the claims. I lived here between 2002 & 2003 then relocated to the bay area for a brief period only to return in 2003. I stayed an additional 1.5 years until relocating back to the East Coast. I was one of the first original tenants.

During my first stay I stayed in building 12 in a 2 bedroom /2 bath apartment and loved every minute. The apartment & balcony was huge compared to most apartments on that level. The rent was only $1215 per month which was low for what was being offered. My stay was in building 21 and a one bedroom bath but much larger then many 2 bedrooms.

The complex was always clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The pool and fitness center was always available and clean. I have to admit that a few of the neighbors had some issues with arguments or a junky balcony but only a small few. No place is perfect but this was close. Also, I have never seen one mouse in the entire complex.

I enjoyed the open spaces in the entire area. This section of Roseville is fairly new including the mall and the many other shops and restaurant which only opened within the past 3 - 4 years. I-80 & I-65 are very assessable as well as several back large streets to get into the city or other towns.

Bottom line, please take a visit and if you have to drive through at night, on the weekends a few times before making the decision then that might be the right thing for you. Although I have been back on the East Coast for a year now I can't believe that the place will go down within 12 months when it had so much to offer. I am aware that they were considering converting to condos and not sure what issues came out of that but still a great place.

Oh, For the tenant that complain that "you can't have a bowflex on the balcony" should only realize before it's to late that it's only an eye sore. It doesn't have to be in the lease it should just be a sense of pride and maintaining it for everyone else around you too that should keep anyone knowing better. No one really wants to see you work out or again, junk on the balcony. Come on man!!! Do you really think that was attractive to the place you call home''''
