This place is a horrible horrible place to live. The owners are RUDE and DO NOT CARE about you. They will take your money. The management staff are rude and unprofessional and they are inapproprate with each other and people living here.
There is mold and mice in the apartments. Lots of smokers. Lots of noise, lots of construction. Staff enters your apartment with little or no notice. They are in and out of apartments constantly. They don't care about you or your pets.
There is lots of smokers, mice, and mold. This is a stressful place to live. I am moving out and I am writing this to WARN anyone who is a professional to NOT move here or buy here. You will be very unahppy! Stay away. There are lots of other nicer places to live in Rosevile. STAY AWAY. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
