I moved into my apartment with very high hopes and an open mind, even though I heard horrific stories from other tenants.
Since I have been here I have had nothing but problems. At one point I had told them that they didn't have permission to enter during one of their inspections, they used their key and came in anyway. I was at home at the time, caught them by surprise and then they were very upset when I turned them away. The manager, Brenda Cooper, then left a very rude message on my machine. I wasn't surprised that she was rude due to the fact that she is rude everytime I go into the office. They have also given my key to outside vendors to come into my apartment when they had told me that someone would escort them in. The construction staff repeadedly parks in covered parking spaces after being asked several times to not park in them. One worker at one point told me that I was going to be towed because I made him move into another spot. They smoke and throw their cigarette butts on the ground. Several apartments are not eqipped with heaters, and the gates do not work properly. They were supossed to be working Sept. 1st and they still stay open at night, leaving whoever to get in. My car was also broken into due to the gates not working. I would NOT NOT move into this complex.
