ALL positive remarks are made by office staff!!!! Beware!!!!!

READ ALL HAVERHILL REVIEWS!!!

Any positive remarks are so obviously written by the office staff. You can tell by the way they are written and the spelling! Plllease, office staff girls are hot'! HA! They are stupid white trash. They help children with their homework' HA! These girls probably didn't even graduate highschool. I wouldn't trust them with my children.

These apartments are a total illusion. You walk into the office - new, modern, vaulted ceilings, beautiful, quiet... during the day! It is SO loud at night! Office staff could care less when you complain.

Also, one comment mentioned that she was comfortable working out at 3am' She must be a loon, b/c I certainly wouldn't feel safe walking around after dark! I've seen men looking through the trash in the dumpsters, and gangster types bumping their music while driving slowly through the parking lots probably searching for the next car to break into. Research Roseville's Police Dept's crime stats! The top two places that have the most crime (car break in's, etc.) are the Roseville Galleria Mall, which is next door, and 701 Gibson Drive, AKA Haverhill Apts! You can't have 1000+ apts in one area and not have a high crime rate. It was a total mistake moving to these apts.

The apts are nice and new, BUT they are falling apart. The structures inside were just slapped together, and the carpet is so thin, you can feel the cement. If you must live in Roseville, find an older apt complex. The newer ones are poorly made. As a single parent, with two kids, I would not recommend this place. Complete, unintelligent valley people live here. I am so happy that my job allowed my children and I to move to LA (not like I like LA, but anything is better than this area and these apts!) I'm just glad we are moving in May 2003! Yahoo! My neighbors wanted to break their lease, but it was going to cost them $750, plus all the added charges, totaling almost $1300!!! Come on! If your tenants aren't happy, let them out! No wonder these apts are only 50% occupied!

The office staff has been nice at times. The girls are white trash, and fake - but what can you honestly get for a $10/hr leasing agent'

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
