I would highly recommend living in these apartments. I travel for work, and have lived in 7 states in the last 3 years for a period of 6months to 3 years each. While the staff is ridiculously incompetent, my advise is just to avoid them entirely. Pay your rent on time & generally they leave you alone. I lived there for the past 7 months & only had issue arise, where the leasing individuals were too "busy" to assign parking spots...causing my car to be tagged for towing a couple of times. Mainly this was just irritating. After responding with a strong letter to both local mgmt & ConAm Property Mgmt, my rent was slightly reduced & I experienced no further problems. The apartments (well now, condos) are well-kept, I've yet to hear a neighbor & the grounds feature courtyard like settings. For any animal lovers, the area is perfect for walking dogs with plenty of options & convienent "pick-up" bags located around the community. Overall I wish this community would not have converted to $275k condos, as that's a little crazy, but overall as apartments...I think they definitely hit the mark
