Watch out when you move out. When I moved in I was given a 400 security credit. When I moved out, they didn't credit the 400 and they charged for painting which was unnecessary and a cleaning fee when we left the place spotless. They got a collection agency involved within days. The latest management to take over is rude and will hang up on you if you have complaints. They will overcharge you on cleaning, painting, and carpet cleaning even if you leave it spotless. Watch Out!
