I still like living here, but here's my updated experience:

Parking is still a joke. I think it shows how unorganized they are. I mean, each apartment should have their own dedicated spots. Just because people move out, doesn't mean you give someone else that spot. It seriously is annoying to have to walk hella far to my space which both of them are near the building next to us. The walkways also suck. They end at the garages. Why can't you just make a side walk that connects. I hate having to walk my dog through each apartment building just do I don't have to walk in the road.

They did decide to just redo the pool. Again, I think the management here are very unorganized. Seriously, it's hot as ---- and they closed the pool for 11 days. Oh, and I never saw anything get done to it until it was already closed for a week. Thanks.

Security is a joke btw. All they might do is kick you out of the pool. One of them freaked out and was hiding from my dog when I was walking him. I have a sissy chow mix dog. He totally jumped outta the way and was hella scared. Some security guard. Sometimes I want to attack them just to see if they could really fend someone off. They are a joke. If you see me walking my chow at night and need 'security', you might as well just ask me. Haha!

Oh, and there are these stupid ass kids that make hella noise when they get home and play in the roads. One lil @#%@^ @#%@^## is going to get run over next time he tries to scare me by jumping out towards my car. Parents are no where to be found. It also shows when there are constantly teenagers in the pool past it's closing time. And, the sign says NO GLASS ALLOWED, yet, I always see the trash cans overflowing with BudLight bottles. There's also this one guy who drives an Altima. He likes to come home drunk, playing his music hella loud and trying a 1000 times to back his car into his space. You can always see his car crooked. One day he even got out of his car and took a piss on the front lawn.

Either way, we still like the place. It was the best place for the best deal at the time we moved in. Plus they allow big dogs and are extremely close to all the shopping. But, we are still planning to move to pay less. Oh, you should also find one of the places people bought and are renting out themselves. They are the same floor plans, but usually have better upgrades and they have much cheaper rent.

Oh...one more. Don't be fooled by the microwave above the stove. The model had one, but ours didn't. Just had this huge POS microwave. The kitchen is small enough, that thing took up a whole counter!!!!!

Lived here?

I just moved in on May, 17th and really like it. I find it funny that the people that usually ----- are young teenage people becasue they always want to have there friends over and there isn't enough space for their cars. On the other hand i think living here is very nice. It's quiet and clean. The kitchen is a little small and i'm sure you've seen some people complain on how the microwave takes up one whole side of the counter. Get an extension cord and put in on top of the fridge. That's what i did and it solves the problem. For apartment living it's pretty good. I think some people try and treat these apartments like college dorms but if they didn't live here it would solve the problem. Don't get me wrong It's not loud or anything but the ones that usually complain are the younger kids. The ones who have a professional job, a life, and a pet seem to do just fine. I have had no bad experiences with the office staff, maintenance, or noise.

Its not the kids that live there that make it bad. When I lived there management and contractors constantly parked in my space, nothing was fixed, there was mold in my closet from the leaky breezeway wall and they even did stupid things like wire my doorbell wrong so the button was in pressed mode all the time. Oh yeah but it was just because I was young and had expectations that the place I lived in wasn't a complete dump. Oh and can't forget the time they unlawfully entered my unit during the day to check for mold on my bedroom wall because they found it in the unit next door. All without notifying me first.
