They wont allow you to have any more parking, wont add any guest parking, yet there is constantly TONS of reserved spots open. However if you just decide to park in an unused spot they write you a nasty note because even though they arent making any money they decide to waste on a stupid parking cop. If you want to upgrade and PAY THEM MORE they make you pay the money to break the lease. Also unless you want to pay 4times as much for their att tv monopoly make sure you can get satalite. The gym is a JOKE, there is hardly any equipment, and you prob wont be able to get it to work anyway. Just stay away this place sucks. Oh yeah and they pick now to fix the pool....because it isnt summer or anything....

Yeah their gym was totally awesome. The belts were loose on the treadmills so it made for an interesting run and if someone decided to hop on the other treadmill then the circuit breaker would trip and both treadmills would come to a dead halt. Kept your reflexes up.
