As being a condo owner since 2006 and depreciating value close too 100k since purchase sept 06, have seen this property change alot with more renters invading this community, the lack of parental control over the younger crowd that thinks it totally cool too damage or destroy other peoples property,the lack of management enforcing it's codes and bylaws is a joke, being a condo owner quite shocked with the outcome and downfall of this community in the almost 2 yrs that we have been here.

I can imagine how buying here was a mistake, sorry! Good luck selling, and moving if market changes! You are right about mgmt. yikes!~

Ha that's funny more renters invading. I lived there before it was condos and I remember when the condos owners started invading. But everything you describe was a problem when I lived there. My favorite was when management would tell the contractors working on the condo conversion to park in any space, including mine.
