Parking here is a nightmare. Plainly said, there is just not enough parking for the residents who live here, not counting their guests who might like to visit. The ladies who run the office will not give you two reserved parking spots if you own two cars. Basically, they said "tough luck" when it came to finding a parking spot for your second car. The grounds smell like dog feces. They said they allow dogs but only if they weigh under 25 pounds. Well, I've seen more large breed dogs than small ones being walked around the grounds, and I know they weigh more like 65 to 100 pounds.

The dog thing must be a new rule because when we moved in, large dogs were allowed...which we have and was why we moved here. However, there are so many owners that don't pick up after their dogs. I work late and take my dog out as late/early as 1-2am and almost always step in dog feces on the sidewalk.
I hate this place. Nicer than most, but their rules are just rediculous.

Lazy people don't want to pick up after their dogs. They just don't care. This is a nicer property than most, and the interiors are clean, modern, maintenance fixes things quickly. Landscaping always kept up. Don't know about rules....that are ridiculous.
