I lived here for 12 months (the term on my lease agreement). Needless to say, I did not sign a new lease with this place. I was counting down the days until my moveout. Actually, after only 6 months here, I was shopping around for a new apartment. I wish I did my research before I ever moved here. After comparing to others nearby, this place is overpriced. I've read some other reviews, and I have to agree... the parking is the worst I've seen for an apartment complex. My new place has no problem, and I can find parking easily. If I want to have friends over, they can find parking easily . g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Yes to parking, but it is not overpriced...for a place of this quality, in West Roseville, East Roseville, or Rocklin, you will pay the same, or a litte more. This area is not inexpensie to rent, if you want a nice apartment, yes there are less $, but I wouldn't want live in most of the less expensive properties that I visited. Filthy carpets, too often!!!

I lived there and I agree with the poster I would never move back even if the rent was the cheapest in town. This place was a total hole.
