The parking here is atrocious (mildly put). My car was towed recently for reasons that were never made aware to me upon signing the lease.
$235 dollars later for parking in a guest parking spot because I allowed my father to park in mine and i am absolutely furious.
When I presented all of the information to the management they said, "you shouldn't have parked in guest parking". WOW, so the nearest parking spot available is about a mile away at the safeway parking lot across pleasant grove.
The apt layout will be very appealing but it's the little stuff about this place that will make this place a living nightmare.

1 Bedrooms get one reserved spot, 2 Bedrooms get two. If you have two people with two cars in a one bedroom, it can be difficult, in that there is not much "unreserved parking", some sales spots out front, as in 5 or so, and then the "guest", which is allowable to park in but only for a certain number of nights within a certain time frame, the security keeps track of it all. The main problem here is that the property is mainly condo home ownership, and they recently hired an HOA woman that changed everything to make it better for the owners not the tenants. She made sure the guest parking was enforced when tenants were previously allowed to park in guest. She doesn't care about the renters, and the security company is a a joke, towing people that have not been due to be towed. So...if you need two spots, rent a two bedroom if it's an issue. You can park in guest during the day, but again, most people need an all night for the second car, and they just didn't plan this place with the necessary parking to accomadate the cars unfortunately for the renters here.
