I have lived at the Villages of the Galleria now for about 3 years. We love our home and the amenities the community offers. The size of our home is perfect for the two of us. My husband has made the second room into his full time office/work area. We are very pleased with the gas fireplace and the view we get is gorgeous. The evening sunset are beautiful! The office staff is very accommodating and helpful. We had an issue with our parking spot not being large enough for our car. The office staff was quick to resolve the issue and even offered us an option for a garage. We are very satisfied with the Villages and may even purchase something here within the community. What originally attracted us to the Villages was the concept of them being luxury condos, not apartments. We like knowing that we are living next to home owners. All our neighbors are very nice and you can tell the community is well taken care of. I recently joined the neighborhood watch program and very interested in meeting more of the other tents here.
We love our home!

These are far from luxury condos. Why anyone would buy one is beyond comprehension. Tenants here are some of the worst, selfish, inconsiderate, speeding through parking areas, loud music, what building do you live in? Were you happy with the amenities when the pool was closed for months?

I guess if you work for the management company your view would be a little skewed, but otherwise this place sucks.

Both my sister and I live here and we like it. We both were a little upset about the pool, but found out it had something to do with the city of Roseville. The HOA manager told us it was closed due to a back ordered part that was required by the city. Who knows if it was true or not. We have had some issue with parking, but this isn't the 1st condo community my sister and I have lived in. It's pretty normal for condos have crappy parking, but surprisingly this place isn't as bad as others. We have yet to have an issue. I can understand peoples thoughts on other residents. We haven??t had a problem, but we have noticed some (not all) people like to keep to themselves. Beats nosy neighbors like our last place. Overall I enjoy living here. Just my opinion. I know everyone has their own.
