I was all excited because I talked to someone from the office on the phone, and he was really nice and told me that if we signed a year lease we could get a huuuuge 2 bedroom apartment for $1050 a month. So I was stoked because it looked nice and everything... But then I came on here and read the reviews and now I'm totally bummed out because it doesn't sound like a very great place!! I'm going to go in there and get a tour tomorrow and if I'm still interested, I will be sure to have them show me the actual apartment before I do anything else! Any other suggestions from anyone?

whatever you do ... get a second floor apt. the first floors usually get mold problems.
