I would like to know where this property Management company finds thier front office staff' Do they recruit from the low end retail stores or entry level high school recruits' I say this because i have been in that office twice this past month and one of the staff members did not make eye contact with me while I spoke with her because she was too busy "texting" someone on her phone. When I returned several days later to enquire about an apartment on "My Space" and couldn't be bothered. I would not rent from this place.

Really...........I find this very surprising, maybe it wouldn't hurt to let the manager know of your experience...... I have lived here for three years and found the current office staff to be the best by far. Don't let one bad employee or experience for that matter ruin your chance at living here. Vineyard Gate is a great place to live and the office staff is great to interact with!!!!!!!!!You also never know how accurate these ratings are makes you think?
