My name is Andrea and I have been the Manager here for almost three years. We have an open door policy here so that all of our residents can come to any one of the office staff for help. We ask that if you have any concerns regarding the property, work orders, staff or anything else to please come to us so that we can do our best to assist you. We appreciate our residents here and are sorry that some of you feel that you have not had good business with us. I ask that you come and speak with me if there is anything I can do for you. We are here for your comfort and to enforce the policies and procedures you sign when you become of resident at Vineyard Gate Apartments.
