Hi, this is not so much of a comment but a question. i'm a bit confused rite now, i drove by this site and the apartments seem very nice. i dont know if i should contact them or not. is there really a bad pest problem? how about safety there? please provide some feedback, anyone? would u recommend any other apartments near by, in comparison?

its really up to you. I can tell you i have lived there for 2 1/2 years and I'm ready to move on. If I was paying market value, I would say these apartments are not worth it, but I got in on a special so...I don't know. The office staff is ok, the apartments are ok. Don't get me wrong they are a lot nicer then some apartments you see, but compared to others I have seen lately that are the same price...they don't seem worth it anymore. An I have had a lot of maintenance problems with my apartment, and yes...the bees DO suck

I would not rent there if I were you...I rented there and my apartment had mold from a faulty window...I had to call the city to get out of my lease...The Manager is a Witch--Her husband is an attorney and she wears a big rock...thinks she can treat people with mess and get away with it...

I recently moved in and had nothing but great luck with the manager. I had a problem with paying my rent on time because I was in the hospital. The current manager worked it our so my mother could pay for me. She was nothing but kind and understanding.
Is the current manager new? I am wondering if these negative responses are towards the previous manager?
