Vineyard Gate

I just moved in and love it! YEA! My sister and I searched for DAYS looking for a dual master floor plan that would accommodate our needs. Vineyard Gate ROCKS! We each have our own master bedroom with walk in closet and bath room. NO MORE SHARING A BATHROOM, OR WALKING DOWN THE HALL TO get to a guest bath with no privacy. THEY ARE BOTH ATTACHED! HOORAY! The price ended up being better then expected, especially for the size. Every other place we checked out were much smaller, and the staff was way icky. The staff at Vineyard Gate totally worked with us to accommodate our move in date, and rearranged our unit number so we could face south. Got to love good customer service!
My sister had to bring her dog, and Vineyard Gate was the only community that didn't have an enormous pet deposit, plus they didn't charge a ridiculous pet rent like all the other places.
We were totally sold on the community the minute we walked in the door.
If you are looking for a new home with affordable rent, Vineyard Gate is the BEST EVER!
