This place is great in all areas, However their is a huge problem with wasps! thousands! I truly would stay here for years or in-till i buy a house if it wasn't for the fact that they can't seem to help us with them, other than spraying the balcony's when we call with a can or two of spray! They refuse to have the place sprayed bi-weekly. VERY SAD! This is truly a wonderful place. I'm not talking about 10-20 wasps either... I'm talking thousands!!

Maybe that depends. I lived on the west side, where I only saw a few wasps.
