Today I came into the office to view and get information on the apartments. All I can say is their customer service is GREAT!! I was helped by Kacey and was more than satisfied. She was professional, helpfull, and overall, provided me with a positive experience. I have looked all over the Roseville/Rocklin area and sometimes the staff treats you like you're bothering them! If I could train my staff to treat clients the way I was treated I would be beyond satisfied.

Grounds are well kept and apartments are a decent size. I drove by the complex at night and grounds are well lit. Both times I was there, ground were quiet as well. Overall, the appearance of the apartments is nice and I would recommend this community if you are searching!

We did not end up renting their apartment because a different housing option came up, but I had a positive experience at Vineyard Gate and will come back here if I do end up needing to rent an apartment.

Dear "Customer Service is great" I can tell you from experience that my initial day in the rental office was a pleasure as well. You made the right choice with not renting here. I was a resident at "Vineyard Hates" for over 3 years and let me tell you how incredibly horrible the management is. The maintenance men won???t stop at anything to invade your privacy and will take the first opportunity to refuse to fix or respond to urgent calls such as a flood in your kitchen. The Manager is extremely confrontational with other young, successful and attractive woman living in the complex. If you've seen her, you would understand why, but her own insecurities should not reflect the comfort of where I reside. The best thing I ever did was move from that place.

You sound a bit insecure lady....maintenance sounds attentive, well they are I live here too. And WOW lets be all grown up and attack the manager, you are right she is good looking but extremely proffessional and personable and yes I am attractive too so there! These web sites kill me........
