I lived there a year, just moved out. Great floor plans, quiet neighborhood, GREAT staff and a good price for the whole package! (According to very OLD reviews from before I moved in, management has changed so pay attention to the dates of reviews.)

It felt like home as it should. The place was in great condition when I moved in, so I had no maintenance requests and rarely even saw management.

My one complaint is parking... it SUCKS. If you have only one vehicle you're fine, but the builders made a foolish assumption... They built "roommate" 2-BR floor plans without enough parking for two adults in each of those units. (Duh.)

In fact, not everyone gets covered parking. In my case, I got an uncovered space even though I paid the same rent as those who had covered parking, occupying identical floor plans? Don't get me wrong, the space was mine and it was always available, but why should I unload groceries in the rain when other residents who pay the same don't have to?

Since you're now aware of the parking problem in advance, tell them you insist on covered parking and I wouldn't be surprised if they can shuffle things around accommodate you before you select a unit.

Also, they usually only show the models before you move in, and I was told "by law" they can't show the unit itself until it has been cleaned, which bothered me a little. I'm sure that's true, but it's the first time I filled out an application before seeing my own unit. But it was in great condition and I was happy. Just make sure you see at least the outside of the unit you're reserving before you move in, and ask which parking spot will be yours.

But for the parking problem, blame the builders, not management.

My review may sound negative, but I'm just warning of a few caveats. Overall, I was very happy.
