Good Floor plan but Customer Service Needs improvement!!!

When I first moved into the complex. I did not have a vehicle and my carport was far away. When I purchase a car and requested that they move my car port to closer location, Andrea refuse to do anything about it and told me that the my current carport was assigned to my unit #. When my next-door neighbor moved in; their carport was about 5 yards away. I was pissed! When Chandra took over as manager she covered a guest carport for me so that I can be closer to my unit. That was a great thing, but I have been having problems with quest parking in my new carport. I could never get any cars towed because management could not coordinate with Security/Towing about my new carport. I had an incident of over 5 cars parked in my carport overnight and I could not get the towing company to move the vehicle. When I called the emergency #, I could not get help from the staff and force to find parking elsewhere. So thanks for nothing.
The summer time is the worst because you can t go out to your patio because of Wasp and you can t eat in the kitchen because of all the ants.
The floor plan and prices is great! Just watch out for hidden details!
