moving out!

i've lived in these apartments for a total of 5 years (2 different times, 2 different units). obviously i moved back the second time bc i liked the complex. at the time, they were a good deal for the square footage. but the price has gone way up since then and the quality has gone down and the complex is not kept as clean as before. since i don't have a coverd spot, just one marked "reserved" people park in my spot ALL the time and it's extremely frustrating. i've had many cars towed and recently my car got keyed, i believe by someone who held a grudge for their car being towed. parking is probably one of the most annoying problems. i live in the back and often my boyfriend has to park in the front of the complex when he comes to visit. when i come home after working late and have to walk all the way from the front to the back almost twice a week just bc some jerk is in my spot, it's not enjoyable to live here.
the wasp problem has also intensified 10 fold in the last few years. i hate opening my doors in the summer, they get inside and there are litterally 50 of them on my balcony at once on the hottest days. they also cover the ground and surround you when you are walking to your car. kids cannot even play outside in the summer.
also little things like no microwaves, no carwash ports and a slow acting maintence staff are irritants.
for the most part, i haven't had any huge noise issues but for the quality of living, these apartments are severly overpriced. and now i have a $1200 estimate to fix my car. needless to say, i'm moving.
