My husband and I have lived here for about 2 years now. I love my apartment and hope to soon move to a larger place. I recently noticed a change in staff. Part of the reason I moved to this community was because of James. He was a very pleasant young man that helped me when I first moved in. Over the past 2 years he has been very helpful in taking care of me and my home (including cats and plants while away). James was very approachable and I always felt comfortable contacting him. To my surprise I notice he was no longer working in the office. I am very sad to see him go and hope that the new staff is as friendly and caring as he was.

You are right where is James? This must be a streak of bad decesions for the owners. First they get rid of the manager the later part of last year ( who was incredible I might ad) the entire staff since I moved in 3 years ago has been awesome. Thank god maintenance is still here. The community is great, floor plans spacious and pricing was great at the time I moved in. Changing the staff was a bad move, and I know for a fact this is why my neighbors are moving. Consisitancy is so important in any successful business and this change had to be one of those "you get what you pay for". No more walking into the office and being addressed by your name and with some personality at that. These girls are obviously not trained properly and not good at pretending they care either. I have yet to see the new manager outside of the office. We wil see how our annual party goes...... so far NOT IMPRESSED. Well it was good while it lasted!!!
