When I moved in, the water, garbage and sewer were paid for by the complex. Beginning in October this year, the tennants are charged. My portion as a very conservative user was an average $32.00 per month making my rent 852 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment.
The spider problem is HUGE, there are webs everywhere and the "exterminator" does no good...even if you request a special visit.
There are never any uncovered parking spaces available if you have a guest. The assigned parking is so far away from the apartments, the tennants park in the uncovered spaces to be close but then guests have nowhere to park.
