I love the floor plan AND the atmosphere. The features here are great! In the two years I've lived here, both my kids have lived in two other sets of apartments each. I realize how lucky I am when I see what they live with. They have problems with noisy neighbors, water pressure, water temperature, and maintenance--none of these are problems here. The management and maintenance staff are terrific--the apartment manager knows me by name. When you report a problem, the response is fast. It doesn't feel like "apartment living"--the grounds are beautiful, with river rock and live oaks. It's a small complex nestled among trees and greenery--the unit feels more like a cottage than an apartment, with lots of windows for good light. Several folks have mentioned spiders; in all the places I've lived, this is the place I have had the fewest spider problems--it's something to expect when you have lots of trees and plants around, but the pest control keeps them to a minimum. I view the parking problem as both a curse and a blessing. While it can be a problem for my family when they visit, it also means there are not a lot of big parties on the premises due to the parking issues. Folks who like to give parties will go live somewhere else, and we don't have to tolerate noisy celebrations. Last, but not least, I have access to high-speed Internet through the apartments that is $10 to $20 cheaper per month than DSL or cable modem.
