I have lived at Windscape for about 6 mths now and I love it! My husband and I had to relocated form out of state to California and we were in a hurry to get moved. My husband had living a Windscape about 3 time before, off and on in about a five year period and loved it before and wanted to move myself and our kids here to windscape. So far, we have been nothing but pleased. Per sq. ft we are getting a great deal on the unit. I have a large breed dog and unlike most complexes, my dog was welcomed with very open arms,(most residents have dogs at this property). When my garbage disposal went out, the maintaince man was to my unit in hours, not days. The parking is just fine concidering that most of the residents have more then one car. The only noise that has been brought to my attention is the noise that my 5 and 6 year old children make. My neighbors are aways very friendly and have a hello to give when you pass by. The office manager and her maintaince staff are GREAT! She has completely gone out of her way to make me and my children (dog included) to feel at home and welcome in a otherwise strange place. The manager here is always avaliable for her residents. She is a wonderful problem solver.Case in point, when my two children make to much noise!(lol) If I have ever had an issue with the property in any way I have been able to talk to her about my problem and recieve an answer asap!The manager her is very willng help with problems within her scope of expertise and ablity as far as her job goes with windscape. She also has a great list of outside references from directions around town to hopitals, schools to nail salons. She is a wonderful person, someone I easily consider a professional and friend. My husband has also loved living here again. It is just the place that he has always felt it to be. Safe, friendly, quiet, clean, professional. I love living here and would recommend Windscape to all of my friends and loved ones this is a great property, with a great staff and great people!
