I have been a resident at Windscape for almost three years. I enjoy the location as it is very near the freeway but set back on a side road so you're not bothered by the noise. The grounds are beautiful, kept up by a gardener once a week. It is generally quiet and serene. I do wish there were more parking available. We live near the front and have to share the lot with visitors. The management and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The give prompt attention to your needs and make every effort to resolve things quickly. Last week I had a problem with a new neighbors' dog barking for hours at a time. I figured the owner was probably unaware since they were not at home at the time. I gave Diane a call and let her know of the situtation, she said she would take care of it. The next day the noise had stoppped and I haven't heard any barking from the dog since that time. Boy, was I impressed! This is by far the best apartment we have lived in and I would recommend it anyone, with the exception of people who like to have loud parties :( It seems as though the majority of the complaints that are being made are by the same person over and over, which shows their maturity level. The best way to know if this place is for you is to come by and check it out yourself!
