I was a resident at Windscape for a short time. I cannot say that my stay at Windscape was a pleasant one. And I cannot say that, in my case, I agree with the moral decisions made by the staff of Windscape. However, my curiousity about my previous home drew me to this website, and I had to write in response to some of the posts that I saw. Like I said, my experience was a negative one, but I was in a different position than you residents. I did, however, have the opportunity to see first hand how the Management of Windscape ran their business. The past aside, I have to say that Dianne is completely devoted to the happiness of her residents. I personally have experienced numerous Property Managers, all of whom could care less about their residents. Dianne goes above and beyond her call of duty, she truly cares about you, and will do anything she can in her power to make you happy.

The posts that I had to respond to were the negative ones. Not to say they are stupid as someone else did for some unknown and immature reason, but to just let you unhappy residents and the potential residents know that a Manager can only do so much. ANYWHERE you go, there will be something you are unhappy with, thats the way that it is, otherwise why would anyone ever move. Be it the size, the parking, the location, or the management. A manager is a representative of the company that manages the property. They are there to be the middle person between the company and the residents. They are there to make you happy, but are running a business as well. The perfect manager is one who cares for you, has the energy and drive to go to bat for you and is successful most of the time. Basically, you could not ask for a better property manager than Dianne. Just remember when you have issues that cannot be taken care of, those issues that you complain about, Dianne has stressed, probably too much, about how she can't help you in the way you need. And to you apartment searchers, the property is beautiful, it is quiet, and the apartments are spacious and unique. You will be happy, and be prepared to make friends with Dianne.
