If you really want to know what it is like to live here, walk by balcony #240 and look and the poor puppy who uses the top balcony has his bathroom. The management has known about it for a while, but he is still peeing/pooping into the balcony below. The apartments smell like dirt, which is probably mold. If you are downstairs you are at the mercy of your upstair neighbors. Lots of big dogs who like to leave big poo and it smells when it gets hot or when the sprinklers make it wet. Would not recommend this place to people with children.

i don't think the apartments are that bad. i am on the top floor so i am not sure how loud it is. but it is true about the dogs using there balcony as a bathroom spot. the people that live downstairs let there dog sit outside and bark all night and all day.

The people in 240 will flip you the bird and laugh if you look at them the wrong way. I live across the way and have never seen the dog left outside that llves downstairs and the girl there always smiles and says hi. The occupants of 240 are rude, scary and very mean people. They are pulling the wool over managements eyes and I thought the manager was smarter than that!
