I moved here over a year ago from a condo development in Roseville where I was paying $1600/month for a two bedroom. Here I pay little more than half that for a more spacious layout, gorgeous landscaping providing ample shade, A truly QUIET community, and an extremely responsive maintenance team. The scores were much higher on this site when I initially moved in so I am gonna check and see why they've dropped because I really feel I found a treasure here. Im moving into a house soon but this community is bar none the best quality and best value I've ever experienced in any apartment community! Wonderful!
